Londres, agora mesmo. "Active-Diplomacy for a Changing World" - The Foreign Secretary, Jack Straw, has launched the White Paper 'Active Diplomacy for a Changing World: The UK's International Priorities' at the FCO's Leadership Conference 2006. The paper updates the Foreign and Commonwealth Office Strategy, issued in December 2003. Mr Straw, speaking on 28 March, said: "Publishing this strategy, changing the organisation is creating a more efficient, more diverse, more focused FCO, better equipped to deal with the challenges ahead. Diplomacy in the 21st Century needs to be hard-edged, clear in its goals and determinedly activist: grounded in core but flexible in the face of rapid change. We are well on the way to achieving that."

Por cá, é muito possível que pelo menos até 2050 se estude muito sobre as mudanças registadas no último quartel do Século XX...
