Foreign Office/Michael Jay. “Foreign policy and the diplomat: the end of the affair?”

Sem aqueles salamaleques típicos de alguns os nossos graduados, Sir Michael Jay, the Permanent Under Secretary to the FCO, has spoken about the role that diplomats, and in particular the FCO, have to play in 'today's and tomorrow's wider global agenda'.

He commented: 'I firmly believe that the task and the job of diplomacy is as important and as challenging and as enduring as ever.'
