De Londres. Mr Norman Ling has been appointed Her Majesty's Ambassador to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia in succession to Mr Robert Dewar CMG who will be transferring to another Diplomatic Service appointment. Mr Ling will take up his appointment during January 2008.
